We helped three entrepreneur dentists build a booking system for emergency dental appointments across the UK.
Emerdentist is a new website for dentists, with an emergency appointment service for patients looking for emergency dental appointments in their local area. They called on Design Hero to develop a brand-new booking system that would help connect people to the nearest and soonest available emergency dental appointment. Dental clinics and dentists will sign up to the website to offer live availability for appointments, and patients will sign up to the website to be able to book emergency appointments.
The service from Emerdentist promises the patients to be seen on the same day for quick pain relief. We created a streamlined booking process, allowing website visitors to find available appointments quickly, minimising waiting time and fast-tracking their path to pain relief.
The new booking system features availability and instant booking for same or next-day emergency appointments.

The brand we created for Emerdentist is professional, minimalist, and more upmarket than the competition. With the core services in mind, we wanted to incorporate a subtle hint of emergency and urgency into the branding, without the overall image looking too clinical.
We wanted to communicate the user’s fast-tracked journey from pain to relief, and brand imagery invokes the feelings behind dental pain with a focus on the path to relief.
In addition to the brand and logo design, we created a range of brand assets such as branded stationery for Emerdentist.
