Hugo had built up Helios Retreats to offer world class Luxury wellness retreats around the globe.
He had made several attempts to bring his website up to the same standards as his holiday packages,
But had problems with previous web designers, with several failed launches.
Hugo asked Design Hero to step in and create a world class booking website for package holidays which would match his aspirations for the Helios brand.

It was important to Hugo that the new booking website meet the feel of the luxury brand.
the sales process demanded that customers be able to book luxury retreats,
but with the ability to customize their packages.
His current website wasn’t able to deliver this, and was set up as more of a room booking service,
Whereas he needed to be able to sell customizable package holidays online through the website,
With a website design that conveyed a sense of luxury for each retreat.

with itineraries, FAQs, Room options, activities, day by day breakdowns, rich media and more.
he also required a complex, but streamlined booking process to aid his sales process so he could sell and close customers on luxury wellness retreats over the phone.

The goal for the website was not simply for online booking for a holiday business,
the site had to offer complex bookable packages for wellness retreats,
with a highly polished luxury design combined with complex functionality.
