Our detailed design proposal sets out everything in detail so you’ll know exactly what you get for your money. At Design Hero we understand that marketing can be expensive for a small business, that’s why our design payments are divided into 5 payments across the webdesign project. A 20% deposit secures your place in our work schedule. The final 20% is to paid just before the site is launched.

If you decide you’d like to stretch the size of the project, that’s fine! We will always talk about any extra charges for web design with you in advance, so there are no surprise charges or hidden fees.

Once you are 100% happy and have signed off on the final web design design complete the design the project is complete! After launch you’ll receive instructions on how to make basic edits and changes to the website yourself.

You can make these changes yourself, or if you don’t have time we are happy to help. If you have further changes after this that are major we are happy to lend a hand, we can talk about creating an additional budget to make tweaks.
